First hit up Berry Market for some rhubarb and lemon spread. Then time to channel the inner hoon doing trackwork around the local racetrack and finally a family photo at sunset. Still rather be by the beach for Easter but Bathurst ain’t so bad…. I think
Headed down to Mona Vale Beach after a barbecue with friends. Nice spot to swim as the sun goes down.
Found a place today, Little Bay, fantastic
I love my home of Newtown, it’s not just the amazing collection of restaurants, outdoor areas and vintage shopping. There is the artwork on buildings, the cool creepy ass graveyard and EXTREME bicycle riding through the streets. But mostly it’s the amazing sunsets, quality bars and the fantastic people.
So do yourself a favour and go catch a band (when we can aka Dandy Warhol’s) head down to Henson to watch the Jets and enjoy a $1 coffee by the full moon.
As another holiday draws to a close in Byron Bay, these are a few of the highlights. The most easterly point in Australia, Byron is known for its beautiful parks and beaches. It’s also known for the ever increasing population of rich yuppie posers, celebrities, wannabes and pretentious fashion options.
If you’re not a wannabe however Byron retains its charm with a variety of markets in the area, friendly locals, lots of outdoor activities. It also has the most “Friendliest Bar” in the world with fantastic people, traveller’s and live music. Hopefully someday not to far into the future I can make it my home too, totes 😉.
