Enjoyed my hike to the pyramid in Tikal, first bribing the guards to gain early entry into the park. Then hiked though the dark as night forest with thousands of screaming howler monkies for company with nothing my but my camera phone torch to guide me. Lastly climbed the pyramid where Mayans used to practise human sacrifice. I love adventure.
Fortunately the world didn’t end on the 21st December 2012. Better luck next time with your predicting the world’s end in the future Mayans.
