The original Harley Davidson Museum is the original factory in Wisconsin. There are a lot of famous bikes including the first Harley (apparently), The Terminator 2 bike and the bike from Easy Rider.

Orange County Choppers is in Orange County New York outside of Newburgh. I think there is also a motorcycle museum in that area as well.
