Hey Dave rum is probably cheaper than our Aussie petrol prices! $2 per litre here in North East Victoria! I need the rum to thaw out as well. All the best for your big US trip!

Yeah Captain Morgan is definitely cheaper though unfortunately my Commodore runs on Super. $2.25 per litre and it keeps going up and up

I was in town on Sunday fuel was $2.06 for unleaded and in time for the long weekend and the opening of the snow season on Buller! Today I go into town and it is now $2.09! For comparison green beans have gone from $29 per kilo to $35 per kilo! Hopefully it will be a lot cheaper for you in the states Dave! Have an awesome trip. Lynn

Cheers Lynn fuel over here is about the same price as back home. The Americans don’t appear to be impressed as fuel price is at record levels. Trip is going well

I thought that might be the case! What about food prices? At least you are missing the cold and floods back here! Happy travels. Lynn
