I loved the ghostly Packard Factory in Detroit, not allowed into the buildings but the old abandoned structures are interesting. I believe the city is now recovering

    1. It was three years ago, safe enough if your driving around during the day and not doing anything silly. At night Corktown and Downtown are good fun though not sure you should go elsewhere, mind you I’m not from there. Lots of amazing buildings and art

  2. My home town! Detroit is in a boom time, with lots of young people moving into the city. The train station has been renovated by Ford Motor Company and lots of other building which had been crumbling are now being restored. It is an exciting time for Detroit.
