How beautiful!! Really strikes your imagination as to how once used to be… and then the history as well!! I bet is breathtaking in person!

It certainly is, lot of tourists but for the most part doesn’t detract from these amazing ruins ๐

I’ve always wanted to go to Turkey to visit the ruins. That era of history is my favorite and it’s amazing that there are still some structures that survive today. Aside from Turkey I think I’d most like to see the Etruscan ruins in northern Italy.

I spent some time traveling about Turkey, 20 years ago, 10 and just recently. I especially love the coast and Cappadocia in the centre with the underground cities and crazy rock formations. Well worth a visit ๐
